How much do you charge? 

Our prices are reasonable and competitive, but each job is different, so we would need to conduct a free survey at a convenient time for you. We can then provide a quote immediately afterwards and you let us know what you want to do. 

What if I am not in? 

We are happy to conduct any work whilst you are not in with your authorisation. For jobs involving machinery, we like to inform any neighbours of the agreed work beforehand. 

How can I pay? 

We accept cash, or card. Additionally, we can set you up on our GoCardless system meaning the money is automatically debited once the job is complete. 

I have opted for a regular window clean, but can I be missed out this time? 

Yes. We ask that you give us a few days notice to allow for re-organising. 

When will you arrive? 

We will always organise a convenient time and date and remind you beforehand. With regular window cleans we cannot guarantee the same day every time, as many other factors affect this. 

Are you insured? 

Yes. Verulam Window Cleaning has full Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance and we are fully committed to a detailed Health and Safety Policy to ensure the safety of our employees and the public at all times. 

Do you still clean windows if it’s raining?? 

RAIN GUARANTEE. We offer a regular service to our customers and to do this we have to be out working in the rain (we won't work in heavy rain or unsafe conditions). We offer a 100% guarantee so if you have your windows cleaned (rain or shine) we will happily do them again if you are not happy with the results. Rain makes no difference to the finished cleaning of your windows as it is a very pure form of water. We ask you to notify us within 24 hours if you are not happy with your windows.
